Frequently asked questions
Does the certificate comply with my country's rules?
Celsor organizes the fields a certificate usually carries (company, worker, hazards, tests, conclusion, physician). Today it follows the Brazilian model (NR‑7 [VERIFICAR current version]); check your country's rule. The physician is responsible for the document.
Does the certificate show a diagnosis?
No. It carries only what is meant for the employer. Diagnosis, ICD codes and clinical results stay in the chart.
Does Celsor file the accident report with the government?
No. It organizes the data and produces the printed copy. The official filing is made by the employer in the relevant systems.
Does it really work offline?
Yes. Everything you save goes to your device first, encrypted, and uploads to the cloud as soon as there's a connection. The schedule and today's patient charts are kept on the device, so you see patients and print prescriptions and forms with no internet. Signing in on a new device for the first time, or using AI and WhatsApp, needs a connection.
Does the AI decide anything on its own?
No. The AI only suggests: the text arrives labeled “AI suggestion” and nothing is saved until you review it. Recording a visit requires the patient's consent on file.
