Frequently asked questions
Does Celsor calculate percentiles and z-scores?
Yes. Inside the visit, from weight, length/height and head circumference, using the WHO growth tables. It is decision support: classification and plan are the clinician's.
Does it tell me which vaccine is overdue?
No. The record is a log of doses given. The next-dose date is the one you choose; Celsor does not replace the official schedule.
Does it suit a small practice?
Yes. It opens in the browser on a computer, tablet or phone, and you set it up yourself in minutes. 14 days free, no card.
Does it really work offline?
Yes. Everything you save goes to your device first, encrypted, and uploads to the cloud as soon as there's a connection. The schedule and today's patient charts are kept on the device, so you see patients and print prescriptions and forms with no internet. Signing in on a new device for the first time, or using AI and WhatsApp, needs a connection.
Does the AI decide anything on its own?
No. The AI only suggests: the text arrives labeled “AI suggestion” and nothing is saved until you review it. Recording a visit requires the patient's consent on file.
